Anna Chamberlin
Anna teaches a gentle Vinyasa, or flow, yoga with emphasis on joy of movement and connection to breath.
She is intrigued by how movement can always bring us back to ourselves. She enjoys exploring ways to stay with the present moment while moving through a flow. Classes are challenging enough to build strength while also honoring our need for deep and grounded relaxation.
Anna Chamberlin is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. She received her teacher certification in 2012 from Samadhi Yoga in Seattle. She has completed recent training in mindfulness meditation at Seattle Insight Meditation Society.
