Deepening Your Yoga Practice Using the Chair with Tara Bernstein

Let’s learn and review how to use the chair for shoulder stand along with other chair propped poses. Chair poses are easier and safer to learn in-person where demonstrations and observations can occur live and in three dimensional. During this workshop we will add new alternatives to what you already know. We will have time to repeat several times going in and coming out of the chair. Must have a practice of the five basic standing poses and five basic seated poses and shoulder stand or an alternative or variation to shoulder stand.
