These courses are designed for yoga practitioners who are interested in increasing their understanding of applied anatomy, including the biomechanics of stability and mobility as it applies to yoga. Techniques for asanas will be covered in depth, focusing on precision and biomechanically sound movement patterns.

These workshops help participants in their own practice of yoga, as well as guide them in working with others. They are perfect for students or teachers of yoga who struggle with their own injuries and limitations, and anyone wishing to add depth to their knowledge and skill set in yoga.

Courses come with a fully illustrated manual and count as CECs with the Yoga Alliance under the category of Techniques, Training and Practice. A beginning level understanding of yoga is required. Enrollment limited to 16 participants.

Email us for further information or to be put on the mailing list.

The next Mobility & Stability Workshop is scheduled for January 26-27, 2013, focusing on the knee.
