Teacher Training & Advanced Studies

Pacific Yoga Teacher Training is an integrated program of asana, pranayama, philosophy and spiritual study. Students participate in a program that emphasizes practice as much as theory. Our program teaches Iyengar-style alignment integrated with intelligent core movement and includes an in-depth study of the Yoga Sutras.

Pacific Yoga Teacher Training is housed at Taj Yoga. Our teaching staff include Theresa Elliott, Kathryn Payne, and Paul Bubak.

This is an excellent opportunity to review the program, meet the instructors of Pacific Yoga Pacific and graduates of the program. Doors open at 5:30 pm with a presentation from the instructors starting at 6:00 pm.
