Theresa Elliott

"I love to move, and I love precision. It’s just that simple. Whether in stationary balance, spinning a hoop, or bolted to a platform, the state of being generated in me by these seemingly different activities is the same. Stillness and motion. They are two sides of the same coin, and presence doesn’t care if you are doing asana or Argentine Tango." Read More...

Introduction to Yoga Weekend Workshop
Robin Werner

Robin's yoga practice is fueled by his desire to find constructive, challenging ways to engage the body and mind that simultaneously promote safe movement and awareness. His dedication to anatomy and alignment is motivated by years working with physical therapists on his own rehabilitation. He's been extremely fortunate to study with teachers of both yoga and Gyrotonic who've guided him in applying those principles to movement and asana.
Robin regularly teaches in partnership with Kathleen Meehan Lorenzo. Their combined studies and shared interest in alignment based asana practice brings two keen perspectives to their classes. Robin is a graduate of Pacific Yoga's 500-hour Teacher Training Program.
Dylan Noebels

Dylan is eternally grateful to have learned yoga from Theresa Elliott and Kathryn Payne. He keeps his early morning yoga classes challenging fun and friendly.
