Jena Hennessey grew up in Suquamish on Agate Pass, giddy with the joy of movement. Her interest in moving led to the study of nervous systems, dance, healing arts, martial arts, and how to love being in her body, with the aim of being present. She has taught massage, creative dance and self healing movement classes for many years.

Taj Yoga is part of a thriving movement community located within the old Crown Hill Elementary School building. In a joyous "crossover," the yoga teacher is taking class down the hall with the Wassa Dance teacher, the ballet kids want to take yoga, and the custodian is studying Flamenco!.
