An early morning yoga class designed to invigorate your body, focus your mind, and and increased breath awareness. Variations on typical yoga sun salutations support a sense of vitality and leisure in your day. This class also visits some aspect of meditation, breath practice, contemplation, and/or traditional dharma study for the first 10-15 minutes of class.

TAJ YOGA CLASSES
Taj Yoga is part of a thriving movement community located within the old Crown Hill Elementary School building. In a joyous "crossover," the yoga teacher is taking class down the hall with the Wassa Dance teacher, the ballet kids want to take yoga, and the custodian is studying Flamenco!.
